What most owners get wrong: The links are broken. Site to analytics to reporting. And a lot of owners are trying to show up the wrong way.

The wrong way: Social media spend. That’s the last place to spend a single cent. I refuse to pay one dime to advertise there. Everyone and anyone is on there, and that’s the problem.

What works instead: Disruptive moves in your local market. Too many owners waste time on a national stage. The web, and now agentic search, books appointments and even makes SALES. Sounds real personal to me.

How I got here: I took an idea to a great friend. I wanted to grow my own business. He shot it down. Then, like any good successful friend would, he showed me the secret he found with his. That pointed me to AEO and SEO.
