AI Visibility Audit
I personally review how your business appears across AI search, Maps, local data, and service structure.
Where systems hesitate, what conflicts, what’s missing. Personal review within 24 hours.
Personal review. Then I fix it. Not software.

I’m John Villani — U.S. Marine Corps veteran, systems engineer, and the person behind Aesthetics Vision. I built this because local businesses still load online while AI answers name someone else.
That gap — between “we exist online” and “we’re the answer” — is the only thing I correct. Every Snapshot I review myself. Documented. No outsourced execution.

I craft the system the same way I was trained to read one: isolate the gap, correct the structure, leave the noise out.
Each one removes a reason search systems hesitate before naming a business. No ad spend. Google still treats AI features in Search as SEO — people-first pages, crawlable structure, consistent entities. I don’t sell an “AI ranking” trick.

I restructure pages, service entities, schema, and trust signals so AI systems can select the business with confidence.
Same fundamentals Google documents for AI features in Search — still SEO, not a parallel discipline. Precise. Documented. No filler.
I monitor visibility decay, category pressure, and the signals that keep local selection stable over time.
I watch decay and category pressure so local selection stays stable. Authority slips when nobody owns it. I own that watch.
Examples from real engagements I reviewed. Labels show geo, vertical, and what was measured. Structural outcomes — not AI-rank guarantees, not paid placement, not Google scores.
Measured: AI Overview presence on location + class queries; GBP category/entity consistency; class-type page structure.
Before: GBP under a generic category. No dedicated class-type pages. Competing studios named in AI Overviews for the queries that mattered.
Fixed: I corrected the GBP category, built one clear page per class type, and cleaned service entities so Maps, site, and schema agreed.
Result: Maps impressions up. New client bookings increased. Practice returned to AI Overview inclusion on target local queries within about 4 weeks after structural fixes.
Measured: AI Overview naming on condition + area queries; GBP hours/address consistency; treatment-page structure.
Before: Conflicting GBP hours and an outdated address. Every treatment on one page. No clear service entities.
Fixed: I resolved the GBP conflicts, split treatments onto dedicated pages, and matched service schema to the live site and Maps listing.
Result: Maps impressions up. More condition-specific patient inquiries. AI Overviews began naming the practice on target queries within about 6 weeks.
Measured: Product/brand entity clarity; structured product pages; presence in AI product / style recommendations (not Maps).
Before: Product pages hard for systems to parse. Thin brand entity data. Clearer competitors surfaced first.
Fixed: I cleaned product and brand markup and rewrote pages around real product facts people ask for — not “write for the model” filler.
Result: Surfaced in AI product searches and ChatGPT-style recommendations within about 8 weeks.
Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity no longer return a list of websites and let the user decide. They read the web, synthesize an answer, and name a business. One business. The rest do not appear.
Google has published exactly what signals determine who gets named. Large agencies built entire practices around understanding those signals — and charging to keep that understanding to themselves. The signals were never proprietary. The access was.
I do the reading the agencies kept behind a retainer. A personal review of the structure. Then I tell you what to correct first.
* The review follows Google’s May 2026 published guidance on how businesses are selected for inclusion in generated search answers.
I don’t run eighty clients on one playbook. Every engagement starts with a personal review of the structure — content quality, schema fit, technical health, local entity consistency — informed by Google’s May 2026 Search Central guidance. Then I decide what to correct first.
Engagements are kept intentional. Every client gets a real strategy built from their actual visibility data, not a generic report generated from a checklist.
Most agencies run 80+ clients on the same playbook. I start with a personal review, then structural correction: non-commodity content, schema alignment, technical health, local entity consistency, and how clearly a system can select the business. Aligned with Google’s May 2026 generative AI search guidance. The result is a correction plan, not a templated recommendation.
Give me one question your customers ask, like “best med spa near me.” Before we talk, I run the checks myself and look at who AI names. Then we spend 15 minutes on it. You see who gets picked instead of you, and you leave with a short written plan of attack.
If it’s a fit, you’re offered one of the 3 founding seats. Terms in writing, after the call.
Qualified means you book and finish the 15-minute call and send me your question first. 3 seats. When they’re full, they’re full.
No guarantees. Just what I find, in writing.
No price list here. On purpose.
I’d gladly charge you the norm. But your business is personal, and personal isn’t average.
Every business is different. Yours has its own market, its own competitors, its own gaps. So I don’t blanket everyone with one price.
Plan it, build it, test it, then review it together.
I take 3 clients at a time. In person or remote, your call.
I’m a systems engineer. Some operators need the stack behind visibility — governed AI agents, clean identity and access, integrations that fail closed. Same person. Same standard. Not a second logo. Not ads.
If that is the work, start with a note or a Snapshot. I’ll tell you whether I can take it. Same door: systems consulting.
